Historic ‘Frankenstorm’ Aimed At Mid-Atlantic, Northeast

Climate Central: Hurricane Sandy is evolving into a potentially unprecedented storm, nicknamed "Frankenstorm,' and is headed for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, where it threatens to cause widespread damage that will rival some of the biggest storms on record in the region.
