NGOs demand Doha cancellation of carbon credit surplus

BusinessGreen: More than 150 NGOs from across the globe have called on environment ministers and diplomats at the Doha Climate Summit to cancel surplus carbon credits that are blamed for undermining international efforts to cut emissions.
