Oxfam: UK climate change aid 'must target poor'

Telegraph: At the latest round of climate change talks in Doha, Qatar, the UK pledged almost £2bn over the next two years to help poor countries cope with climate change. But the World Development Movement claimed the money is going to large companies rather than helping poor people likely to suffer from climate change.
