U.K. Pledges Tax Breaks for Shale Gas, Low Emissions Cars

Bloomberg: U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne offered tax breaks to low emissions vehicles while promising support for shale gas developers and energy- intensive industries in his annual budget today.
