DOE has issued a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA): Solar Energy Evolution and Diffusion Studies (SEEDS)

Through the SEEDS the Department of Energy will invest up to $9 million over three years to support research on solar energy innovation dynamics and technology adoption patterns.
