Canada: Bioenergy program documentation lacking, auditor general says

Edmonton Journal: Alberta paid out $42 million in the last fiscal year to a half-dozen companies to encourage bioenergy production, but five failed to file required annual reports and the sixth submitted information showing it had not met requirements of the program.
