HSBC Predicts Obama Will Introduce Carbon Tax to Cut Deficit
Bloomberg: Barack Obama may consider introducing a tax on carbon emissions to help cut the U.S. budget deficit after winning a second term as president, according to HSBC Holdings Plc.
