Jobs at risk because of Cabinet row over energy

Telegraph: Under current law the UK is committed to cutting carbon emissions by 80 per cent by 2050. As part of the drive to achieve this goal, Government advisers have recommended the forthcoming Energy Bill includes a plan to decarbonise the energy sector by 2030.
