Safety Breaches Seen Plaguing U.S. Nuclear Reactors: Report

Bloomberg: Almost one-in-six U.S. nuclear reactors experienced safety breaches last year due in part to poor oversight by federal regulators, according to the Union of Concerned Scientists.
