Australia pays 'fair share' of climate fund: Oxfam

AAP: Aid organisation Oxfam says Australia has paid its "fair share" of the $30 billion pledged three years ago to help developing countries reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to unavoidable climate change.
