Hindu: The Ministry of Finance on Thursday said it would offer the 'vision statement' for planned $100 billion a year Green Climate Fund (GCF). The GCF was launched in 2010 by UNFCCC. The proposed fund targets to spend for climate change projects across the globe. The GCF board has 24 members with equal representation from developed and developing countries.
