Brazil moves first Chevron spill case, strips prosecutor

Reuters: A Brazilian judge moved the first case filed against U.S. oil company Chevron Corp and drilling firm Transocean Ltd for a November oil spill to a Rio de Janeiro court, stripping the original prosecutor of the case, a court filing said on Friday. The prosecutor can appeal the decision, the filing said.
