Canada: Alberta, Saskatchewan singled out for lazy tack on climate change

Globe and Mail: Some provinces are taking the climate change issue seriously with wide-ranging policies to reduce fossil-fuel emissions while others - specifically Alberta and Saskatchewan - are heading in the wrong direction, says a new report by one of Canada's leading environmental advocacy groups.
