Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative 'a catalyst of growth' in Connecticut
The Street: A new study released Monday by a regional environmental group claims that investments associated with the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), in which Connecticut participates, have added $207 million to the state's economy and 1,434 jobs since the program began in 2009.
