Supreme Court Rejects Appeal and Upholds Clinton’s Roadless Rule

EcoWatch: The Supreme Court decision not to hear an appeal of the 10th Circuit Court decision upholding the Clinton administration's Roadless Area Conservation Rule is a huge victory for wildlife.
