West Virginia lags behind in water preparedness

West Virginia Public Broadcasting: A report issued by the Natural Resources Defense Council this month indicates that climate change is affecting water resources across the country. Some states are more prepared than others when it comes to comprehensive preparedness plans, and West Virginia is lagging behind. According to the report, between 2010 and 2050, the state could loose more the $40 billion in gross D=domestic product and more than 300,000 jobs because of reductions in water availability.
